My live WooCommerce store is running smoothly for customers, yet behind the scenes I can feel it slowing down. The first priority is a thorough optimisation of the security-focused and e-commerce-specific plugins I rely on. I want lean, conflict-free code, accurate settings, and the peace of mind that nothing unnecessary is loading in the background. Once the plugins are in top shape, the job extends to: • Cleaning and optimising the WordPress database so queries return faster and the back-end remains responsive during peak traffic. • Configuring transactional and admin email so order confirmations, password resets and all other messages hit inboxes reliably (SMTP or a lightweight email service is fine—open to whichever you recommend). • A quick check for any other obvious performance drags you spot while you’re in the system. The site is already live, so all improvements will need to happen with minimal disruption—staging first, then a clean roll-out to production.
