I need a straight wooden staircase to replace the removed stairs between the basement and first floor of my townhome, which has been converted into separate condo units. The units will remain separate, and this is not an egress issue in DC but one where they seem to be requiring the units to be connected via stairs. Requirements: - Straight staircase - Material: Wood - Finish: Painted Ideal skills and experience: - Experience in stair installation - Proficiency in working with wood - Ability to paint and finish to specifications - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
