Our WordPress-based office-furniture store, miconofficefurniture.com.au, needs a steady stream of new catalogue items added. This covers office chairs, desks and storage solutions etc. I already have supplier spreadsheets, but a little housekeeping is required before anything goes live: prices must be stripped out, columns tidied, categories standardised and image file names aligned. Once the sheet is “massage-ready,” it needs to be imported into WordPress (WooCommerce) so every product appears with its description, images and correct SEO slug—no pricing visible on the front end. Key tools and processes involved include advanced Excel editing, CSV import via WP All Import (or a comparable plugin), and basic image optimisation. If you are comfortable jumping between spreadsheets and the WordPress dashboard, this should feel familiar. Deliverables • Clean, price-free Excel/CSV ready for import • Office chair, desk and storage products published with images, descriptions and categories/tags • Repeatable import template for future batches Acceptance criteria: every SKU displays live with at least one image, correct category, no price field showing and no placeholder text. Successful completion will lead to ongoing work as new ranges are released.
