I need a Contact Form 7 form added to my WordPress site right away. The form must capture the visitor’s Name, Email, Phone Number, and Message. As soon as the form is submitted, Twilio should fire—sending an SMS to my business mobile (I will supply the Twilio SID, token, and phone numbers). No email or phone validation steps are required; the SMS simply triggers on successful submission. Please complete the implementation, test end-to-end, and leave the finished shortcode ready for me to drop onto any page. A brief hand-off note explaining where you placed the API keys and how to adjust the Twilio message template is all that’s needed. Deliverables • Contact Form 7 form with stated fields, styled to match my theme • Twilio integration code or plugin add-on configured and working • Confirmation that SMS fires on each live submission • One-page setup guide / change log This is time-sensitive and should be wrapped up within the next 12 hours after acceptance.
