Project Overview Building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) using an existing WordPress website as its foundation. The objective is to create a scalable online platform that helps consumers locate trusted Plumbers and request a Second Opinion before authorizing expensive plumbing repairs. This is not a request to build a custom SaaS platform from scratch. The initial goal is to extend the existing WordPress website into a fully functional MVP that can generate revenue and validate the business concept. The architecture should, however, support a future migration to a dedicated SaaS platform as the business grows. Project Objectives The selected developer will: Enhance the existing WordPress website rather than rebuild it. Create a searchable nationwide Plumber directory. Import and manage approximately 30,000–100,000 records. Build a fast, scalable search experience. Implement a Second Opinion workflow. Develop an administrator dashboard for managing data and users. Create the foundation for future Premium Membership subscriptions. Follow modern security, performance, and SEO best practices.
