I need an experienced WordPress developer who knows the Porto Theme inside out to build a single, fully responsive page for my existing site. I will supply a PDF that details every section, colour, font, and spacing rule, so the job is to translate those clear directions into Porto’s drag-and-drop environment. The layout is a Custom design based on instructions—no extra plugins, custom PHP, or unusual functionality are required. To make expectations crystal clear, here is what I will be looking for: • The page is created directly within Porto (using its native blocks, Porto Studio, or WPBakery/Elementor—whichever Porto officially ships with on your end). • Visual accuracy to the provided PDF on desktop, tablet, and mobile. • Smooth scrolling and lightweight assets so the page keeps Porto’s usual performance scores. • Delivery of the finished page on my staging site (access will be supplied) plus export/duplicate instructions so I can move it to production myself. I anticipate this is a modest task that should comfortably sit in the $100–$150 range and, if possible, be wrapped up within a couple of days after you receive the files.
