Dear Freelancer, we have a wordpress project composed of 3 self-assessments for a small community, with a data base hosted on ovh and some development if required. The project is about creating a new self assessment similar to the ones that we already have built (technology, process, visuals, segmentation, database, reports, automated email...). Phase 1 – Create the new assessment — $875 USD Setup, ~20 assessment areas with 200+ questions, integration with existing scoring/reports/PDF/email, and branding updates. This phase includes the development and integration of the new assessment into the existing WordPress assessment system. Scope of Work Create a new Custom Post Type for the assessment. Create and configure 200+ assessment questions across 20 assessment areas. Develop a dedicated PHP template to process the assessment. Create a dedicated shortcode for the assessment. Integrate the assessment into the website. Connect the assessment with the existing scoring, PDF generation, email, and database systems. Perform testing and bug fixes. Estimated Duration: 7–8 working days Phase 2 – Translated Versions into French— $1,150 USD This comprises the new assessment ($425) and three existing assessments ($725). the 3 previous assessments in English will also require some changes, such as elements in the text of the report and some in the automated email that I will simplify and put on the new brand. Scope of Work Create the French version of the assessment. Add 200+ translated assessment questions in each assessment. Connect the assessment to the existing scoring, reporting, email, and database systems. Generate the assessment reports in French. Perform testing and validation. French translations will be provided by me. Estimated Duration: 1 week Phase 3 – Migration — $125 USD Migration to the new domain and hosting, final testing, and deployment and branding updates. Once both assessments are complete, we'll migrate the website to the new domain and hosting environment. Scope of Work Migrate the website files and database to the new hosting. Configure the hosting environment. Launch the website on the new domain. Test the migrated website. Retain only the following pages: Welcome page English One Whole Life Assessment French One Whole Life Assessment Estimated Duration: 1–2 working days Total: $2,150 USD We will agree together during our agreement meeting, on further check points as we find fit, to ensure good communication along the building phases. We're aiming for a reliable, well-tested solution and a long-term working relationship. Each phase will be paid half before starting and half after delivery.
