WordPress Developer Needed to Create Three Sub-Sites Within Existing Website We have an existing WordPress website and need an experienced WordPress developer to restructure it into three location-specific sub-sites within the existing installation. This is **not** a request for three separate WordPress websites or installations. All locations should remain within the current website and use the existing design, theme and styling. In essence, you will duplicate all pages 3 x times, and have them running through 3 x seperate header menus, with a landing page at the front of the site determining which sub-site they go to. This job is not re-creating site or pages, simply duplicating and restructuring the menu based upon conditional menus. ### Required website structure The main website should open to a new studio-selection landing page where visitors choose: * Carine * Kinross * Jolimont Each option should take the visitor into the relevant studio section: * `freemove.com.au/carine/` * `freemove.com.au/kinross/` * `freemove.com.au/jolimont/` Each studio must then have its own version of every existing website page, using a logical URL structure such as: * `/carine/pricing/` * `/carine/classes/` * `/carine/timetable/` * `/carine/contact/` * `/kinross/pricing/` * `/kinross/classes/` * `/kinross/timetable/` * `/kinross/contact/` * `/jolimont/pricing/` * `/jolimont/classes/` * `/jolimont/timetable/` * `/jolimont/contact/` The exact pages will be based on the pages currently published on the website. ### Scope of work **1. Create a studio-selection landing page** Create a polished, mobile-responsive landing page that introduces Freemove Pilates and allows visitors to select Carine, Kinross or Jolimont. Each studio should have a clear button or section linking to its own studio homepage. The design should match our existing Freemove branding and website styling. We will provide the required wording, images and studio details. **2. Duplicate all existing pages for each studio** Duplicate the relevant existing website pages across all three studio sections. The existing design and page layouts should be retained. We will modify most of the written content and images ourselves once the pages have been created, but the developer must ensure every duplicated page functions correctly and sits beneath the correct studio parent page. All internal links must point to the equivalent page for the studio being viewed. For example, the pricing link within the Kinross section must lead to the Kinross pricing page, not the Carine or Jolimont version. **3. Create three location-specific menus** Create and configure: * Carine menu * Kinross menu * Jolimont menu Each menu must link exclusively to the relevant studio’s pages. The correct menu must display automatically across every page belonging to that studio. This can be achieved using the website’s existing page builder/theme functionality or a reliable conditional-menu solution. Each studio menu should also include: * A location-specific booking or timetable button * A “Change Studio” link returning visitors to the studio-selection landing page The menu functionality must work correctly on desktop, tablet and mobile, including the mobile navigation menu. **4. Configure the header and footer** Ensure the correct studio menu and location-specific links appear within the header. Where necessary, configure location-specific header buttons, contact details, booking links and footer links for Carine, Kinross and Jolimont. The developer should advise whether this is best achieved through conditional menus or separate location-specific header templates based on the website’s current theme and page builder. **5. Preserve the existing website design** The three studio sections should retain the current Freemove design, including: * Fonts * Colours * Spacing * Buttons * Header and footer styling * Desktop and mobile layouts * Existing animations and functionality We are not seeking a full website redesign. **6. Testing and quality control** ### Important requirements * Work must be completed within our existing WordPress website. * Do not create WordPress Multisite or three separate installations * The existing live website must remain operational while the work is completed. * Any new plugin must be reputable, lightweight and approved before installation. * All pages must remain editable through the website’s current page builder. * No ongoing paid plugin subscriptions should be added.
