I’d like you to dive straight into the SEO and performance layer: audit the current setup, pinpoint what’s slowing us down or holding rankings back, and then apply the fixes. Core plugins such as Yoast SEO, a caching tool, and a lightweight theme are already in place, but clearly something is misconfigured or missing. I need tangible gains—higher PageSpeed and GTmetrix scores, faster real-world load times, and cleaner technical SEO signals that Google can pick up.
