About Us Pro Dive International is one of the Caribbean's leading scuba diving operators, with multiple dive centers across Mexico and the Dominican Republic. We offer recreational diving, PADI training, professional-level courses, technical diving, snorkeling experiences, and private diving services. Our current website is more than 10 years old and no longer reflects our premium brand, current business model, or customer expectations. We want to create a modern, high-performing sales and marketing platform that generates more enquiries, increases direct bookings, improves user experience, and is easy for our team to manage. Project Objectives The new website should: Position Pro Dive International as the premium diving company in the Caribbean. Increase qualified enquiries. Increase direct bookings. Reduce dependence on third-party booking channels. Improve customer trust and conversion rates. Simplify navigation and make it easier for visitors to find information. Improve mobile experience. Preserve and improve existing SEO performance. Allow our marketing team to easily manage and update content without coding. This is not an e-commerce website. Scope of Work The selected freelancer or agency will be responsible for: Website Audit Review our current website and identify: Existing strengths Weaknesses Outdated content Duplicate content Navigation issues Opportunities to improve user experience and conversion Sitemap & Information Architecture Rather than recreating the current website, we expect the freelancer to propose a simplified and better-organized sitemap. The objective is to reduce unnecessary pages while preserving SEO value and improving the customer journey. WordPress Development Build the website using: WordPress Elementor Pro The website must be fully editable by non-technical staff. Every section should be manageable through Elementor, including: Text Images Hero banners Buttons Landing pages Course pages Destination pages Blog posts Promotions No custom coding should be required for routine content updates.
