Please guide me through the entire workflow of capturing and interpreting Windows Performance Recorder (WPR) traces with an emphasis on CPU-usage investigation. We will use Windows Performance Recorder and Windows Performance Analyzer, starting from creating the right capture profile, through loading the ETL file, to drilling into CPU Sample stacks, hotspots, and thread activity. Along the way I want clear explanations of what each graph means, how to filter noise, and how to translate the results into actionable optimization steps. To make sure the learning sticks, I’d like: • A live screen-share or recorded walkthrough (your choice) covering at least one real trace • A concise, step-by-step cheat-sheet I can reference later • A short sample report showing how you would summarize findings from the same trace The engagement is complete when I can reproduce the analysis unaided and confidently tell which functions or processes are responsible for excessive CPU time.
