I need a full Xactimate estimate for a fire‑damaged home in Missouri. This is a total‑loss rebuild estimate. The home had block foundation walls and NO slab. The estimate must include: foundation evaluation (block walls, no slab) excavation footings block wall rebuild crawlspace or slab installation (whichever is required by code) framing roof/trusses electrical plumbing HVAC insulation drywall flooring windows/doors siding smoke remediation garage smoke damage debris removal rural access costs well/septic reconnection driveway/grading all code upgrades all ordinance & law requirements realistic Missouri labor & material pricing The estimate MUST be written in Xactimate with full line‑item detail.
