I run a steadily growing gaming channel on YouTube and need someone who can take complete ownership of the live experience. Every broadcast is produced through OBS Studio, so you’ll be the person who builds scenes, checks audio levels, keeps an eye on bit-rate health, and steps in the second something goes wrong. During the show you’ll also keep chat friendly and on-topic, coordinate quick cues with moderators, and make sure our sponsor overlays and alerts trigger exactly when they should. When we’re off-air you’ll plan the next week’s schedule, organise assets with me in advance, and dive into YouTube Analytics to flag drop-off points, viewer peaks, and opportunities for engagement growth. Key deliverables • Weekly stream plan with scene list and asset checklist • Real-time technical supervision and chat moderation for each session (2–3 streams a week, ~3 hrs each) • Post-stream analytics report summarising KPIs, issues, and actionable improvements To thrive here you must know OBS Studio inside out, understand the nuances of YouTube’s latency, DVR, and policy settings, and stay calm when tech misbehaves. If you’ve steered live gaming shows before, especially on YouTube, I’d love to see examples and hear how you troubleshoot in real time.
