I publish concise, well-researched educational videos and the audience is growing steadily, but revenue is still at zero. I’m ready to change that and need a specialist who can turn my YouTube presence into a reliable income stream and position it for later expansion. First, guide me through every requirement for the YouTube Partner Program, from policy checks to AdSense linkage. While doing so, optimise my channel inside YouTube Studio—titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, chapters—so watch time, CTR and RPM rise. Once ads are live, map out additional income routes that fit an education-focused channel: sponsorship outreach templates, relevant affiliate offers, and a lightweight merch concept I can spin up when metrics justify it.
