As a growing business, we're seeking a Zenoti expert to manage the development and improvement of our current CRM structure (including our workflows, our forms, our processes, our marketing elements, and help us improve these from an automation perspective. We also want to launch the Inventory management module of Zenoti. WE WILL NOT CONSIDER APPLICANTS/BIDS WHO DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN USING ZENOTI. Essential Skills: - 1+ years of experience in using and managing Zenoti - you should be at expert level. - highly proficient in Zenoti, having a strong understanding of Zenoti's CRM capabilities. - experience in Marketing and CRM Automation with a proven track record in managing and automating marketing and process workflow efforts. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our UK-based customer interactions and improving our marketing outreach.
