Crm intern specialized in zoho Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage, maintain, and optimize our CRM system for efficiency and usability 2. Develop workflows, automations, and data management strategies within the CRM 3. Monitor and analyze CRM data to surface insights on customer behavior and engagement 4. Train team members on CRM best practices and drive adoption across departments 5. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to strengthen lead management and retention 6. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within the platform 7. Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making What We're Looking For: 1. Proven experience managing CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) 2. Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and integrations 3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills 4. Strong communication and training abilities for cross-functional teams 5.
