The project involves a full Zoho CRM rollout combined with a native-style WhatsApp link-up so every customer touchpoint flows through one place. Scope of work • Configure three core CRM modules—Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, and Customer Support—so they work together seamlessly. • In Sales Automation I need Lead Management and Deal Management fully set up (custom fields, stages, assignment rules, basic dashboards). • Connect WhatsApp to Zoho CRM so incoming and outgoing messages are logged automatically on the right lead, deal, or ticket, giving my team a single conversation thread. • Map current data, migrate it cleanly, and test end-to-end to be sure no lead or chat gets lost in transition. Additionally: Looking for someone experienced with Zoho CRM to help with implementation, provide guidance, and later assist with Zoho Books integration. Acceptance criteria 1. Leads created via WhatsApp appear instantly in the Lead Management view with correct owner assignment. 2. Deal pipeline shows linked chat history without manual uploads. 3. Marketing workflows can trigger WhatsApp follow-ups alongside email. 4. Support tickets opened from a WhatsApp message pull the full conversation into the ticket and notify the agent. 5. Final hand-off includes clear documentation and a recorded walkthrough of the configuration. Please keep the build inside standard Zoho tools and any officially supported WhatsApp gateway so future updates stay smooth.
