I need our new Zoho Inventory account configured from scratch so that managing roughly 200-300 products becomes truly effortless and feeds cleanly into Xero. My main objective is to streamline inventory management, not wrestle with work-arounds, so I’m counting on someone who knows the finer points of Zoho Inventory inside out. Scope • Build the entire product catalogue directly in Zoho Inventory (all entries will be added manually, no legacy import required). • Create a handful of custom, product-specific fields so we can track the extra details our industry demands. • Connect Zoho Inventory to Xero, map accounts correctly, and confirm that stock movements, invoices, and purchase orders sync without discrepancies. • Walk me through basic workflows—receiving stock, sales order fulfilment, and reconciliations—so the system stays tidy after you hand it over. Acceptance I’ll sign off when: 1. All products display correctly with their custom fields. 2. Test transactions push to Xero with matching quantities and values. 3. You provide a concise hand-over note or short Loom video showing the key processes. If you’re already comfortable juggling Zoho Inventory automation and Xero account mappings, I’d love to get this moving quickly.
