I already have the agreement template and i want someone to insert it inside Zoho Sign, and align it with a proper design; what I now need is a fully automated workflow. The goal is simple: I send a single link, the supplier opens it, fills in the required fields, signs, and the completed agreement routes itself back to me—no manual intervention at any stage. Here is what must happen inside Zoho Sign: • Convert my ready-made agreement into a self-service template with dynamic merge fields so suppliers can enter their company details, personal information and any other data I provide. • Generate a public signing link I can drop into an email or message; suppliers should never need individual invites. • Configure the signing order (single signer) and apply conditional logic where needed so the form only displays the sections I enable. • Activate automated Email notifications for both parties on “Sent”, “Viewed”, “Signed”, and “Completed” status, plus Dashboard notifications inside Zoho Sign so I can track everything in real time. • Set up back-end actions (e.g., auto-store the signed PDF in the associated Zoho folder or CRM record) to keep documents organised without me touching a thing. • Test the flow end-to-end, confirm that every notification triggers, data lands in the correct fields, and the final PDF carries the audit trail. Deliverable: a turnkey Zoho Sign workflow that lets any supplier sign the agreement online while I simply watch the dashboard updates roll in.
