Xero Migration & Setup Expert Needed – Zoho to Xero (Sports Federation) Description: I am seeking an experienced Xero specialist to migrate our complete financial records from Zoho Books to Xero and set up four new companies within the same Xero subscription. Scope of Work: Subscription Setup: Open Xero subscription in my name. Data Migration: Bring across all historical data including: 2019 opening trial balance Year-end figures from 2019–2025 Current half-year results (Jan–June 2026) Full Zoho export files, financial statements, and detailed trial balances Chart of Accounts Redesign: Establish a fresh, clean chart of accounts that supports detailed expense tracking. Open to recommendations on structure—whether retaining legacy codes for continuity or redesigning for clearer reporting—provided it aligns with Xero best practice. Four New Companies: Set up four additional companies within the same Xero software. Completion Criteria: Xero live and fully reconciled back to latest closed period (H1 2026) All historical comparatives agree with audited statements and trial balances New chart of accounts implemented, documented, and ready for daily use Brief walkthrough provided on key reports and system maintenance Staff training on Xero usage Ideal Candidate: Proven experience migrating from Zoho Books to Xero Strong reconciliation and bookkeeping skills Experience with non-profit or sports organizations preferred but not essential Available to start immediately Please share examples of similar migrations you have completed and your proposed timeline.
